A RIOT IN THE BRONX!
BRONX BASED HYDRA MANAGEMENT SIGNS
19 YEAR OLD RAPPER TRU3RIOT!
* * * * * * * * *
(December 4, 2010) – Daryl “Digga” Bethea, head of production at HyDra Management Services, LLC, has confirmed that HyDra Management Records has signed 19 year old female rapper Tru3Riot.
Tru3Riot born Danielle Martin in The Bronx, NY has been writing and rapping since she was 13 years old. She first went into the studio and recorded at age 15. Although she is only 19, she is a seasoned veteran in this rap game and is ready to set the world on fire!
Tru3Riot was first introduced to HyDra Management’s CEO back in 2007 when at the time they were still using the name Onyx Management Services. She was present at the live interview of Shannon Holmes concerning the release of his book Dirty Game and the subsequent mix tape CD of the same name.
When asked about her name, Tru3Riot responded, “It is not a name it is the essence of me. I am the Real Rebel Riot and all my music will reflect that.” Tru3Riot went on to say that she resents all the negative publicity recently about a shortage of good female rappers. “The reason they can’t find real female rappers is that they are looking in all the wrong places” she said. “It is time for all females who call themselves rappers to step up their game”… I plan to challenge all female rappers, not necessarily to battle or to make them look bad but to raise the bar forcing everyone to step up their game….females have to reclaim their rightful place in the hip hop arena and we are not going to do it by spittin bubble gum rap…”.
Tru3Riot has been in the lab at HyDra Management Recording Studio working on her first project with HyDra. Her first single “Come Fuck Wit Me” is scheduled to be released December 21, 2010 just in time for Christmas and the New Year. Her follow up single “Come Test” will be released immediately following the first release. Both singles will be aired first, exclusively on Heat For The Streets Radio, the only radio show that plays the music of unsigned artist only. Heat For The Street airs streaming 24/7 at www.heatforthestreets.com and every Sunday 12pm PST 3pm EST on www.swurvradio.com .
HyDra Management Records and HyDra Management Services are Bronx Based and provide independent artist management and record releases.
HyDra Management is the next generation of hip hop as its goal is to take hip hop back to its Rap roots by connecting with, signing and releasing records by unsigned artist who would otherwise not be able to be heard.

THA COUNCIL FIRST SINGLE
ON HYDRA MANAGEMENT RECORD HITS THE INTERNET BEFORE RELEASE DATE
* * * * * * * * *
(September 25, 2009) – Claude Evans, Sales
Director and Daryl Bethea, Public Relations Manager, both partners in
the newly formed HyDra Management/Select Records have confirmed that
the single “Listen 2 My Demo” is in fact a new track by
Tha Council which has leaked out on to the internet.
Multiple attempts had been made to reach Roy
Brown, CEO of HyDra to confirm that the track which premiered exclusively
on Yo! Raps.com but is now all over the internet is in fact the first
release by Tha Council on the new label. Attempts to reach Roy have
been unsuccessful and his partners Simone Burkley and Tracy Denton have
repeatedly said they have no comment on the possible early release.
HyDra had planned to release “Check Me
Out” on October 15th as Tha Council’s first world wide release
on their new label however the release was delayed due to final negotiations
of their agreement with Select Records. As previously reported the deal
is done based on a verbal agreement between Fred Munao of Select and
Roy Brown of HyDra but the agreement is being reviewed by the attorneys
and has not yet been signed.
It is rumored that HyDra has formed a close relationship
with Yo! Raps and this may be evidenced by the fact that Tha Council
are currently featured as “the next to blow” on Yo Raps.com.
In addition three tracks that have already been released by HyDra independently
“Tipsy”, “Street Wisdom” and “Clap Reload”
are all featured on Yo Raps.com as well as Tha Council’s latest
video “Heartache”. Tha Council also recently received much
recognition for the placement of “Street Wisdom” on DJ Green
Lantern’s Fourth of July Released Mix Tape, “Monster Mash
4”.
Tha Council’s first two official world
wide single releases, “Check Me Out” and “Like A Drug”
are much anticipated and rumor has it they will both be released in
the very near future.

of time, HyDra has made a name for themselves by being involved in every
aspect of the music industry from their Recording Studio in Mount Vernon,
NY to their commitment to promoting unsigned artists. HyDra’s
first official act after formation was to record the singles “Tipsy”
and “Clap Reload” by Tha Council. Tha Council went on to
perform these tracks at the Faces in the Crowd showcase competition
at Rebel and won first place. This caught the attention of SRC a&r
Jamal Meeks which led to many other appearances throughout the east
coast.
Roy also formed a partnership with best selling author Shannon Holmes
called Real to Reel Film Productions, LLC and is currently in production
of their first feature film “Hard White” being shot on location
in The Bronx and Mount Vernon.

and “Monday to Friday” from their artist “Tha Council”.
HyDra is also working on the soundtrack to the movie Hard White to be
released in 2009. They are currently taking submissions from artists
and producers for this movie project.
HyDra is currently in the planning stages for a number of initiatives
geared toward promoting unsigned artists including: a Showcase series
for which the winner will win a single deal with HyDra Management/Select
Record, the launching HyDra Management Radio, an internet radio station
dedicated to playing the music of unsigned artists only and HyDra TV
an internet based Video show dedicated to playing videos and doing interviews
with unsigned artists.
